Take the scheduling, for example.
Sure, the “easy” way would be to throw our calendar on a page and have you pick a time.
But what if you don't see a time that works?
What if you have some up-front questions you want answered before you spend the remaining 40 minutes — completing the phone call part of our process — to see if we can help?
(Even before we know if we can help you & before you've been accepted, what if a "deal-breaker" comes up, like if our experimental "Tu-We-Th+2 Delivery System!" is not to your liking, maybe meaning a quick "no?"….)
I get it. I'm the same way.
Which is why we will reach out to YOU, and get you set up with a time that works for YOU.
Sure, it's old-fashioned but it's how I would want someone to treat me …and I'm guessing you're the same.
